Customer Service Representative ( Relocate to Vietnam )

Should be willing to relocate to Vitenma and must have native level proficiency in Bengali / Telugu or Tamil

Role & Responsisbilities

• Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material.
• Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated audio / picture / text content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.

Income

• Base Salary: 16,000,000 VND/month.
• Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month.
• Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1,200,000 VND/month.
• 100% salary in 2-month probation time.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Bengali / Telugu or Tamil (native-level fluency).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed.
• Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances in your native language.
• High level of maturity and judgment to identify and evaluate nuances vs. non-essential content for the platform.
• Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts , including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Work Schedule

• 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
• Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the business need & team leader)
• Rotating shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5-hour rest)
