About the Role

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, introducing the company’s products and services, and guiding them through the decision-making process.


**Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Outreach

  • Research and understand customer information and needs through phone conversations.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using the company’s official phone line, following provided scripts and guidelines.
  • Introduce, advise, and promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Introduce customers about the company’s services.
  • Provide tailored consultation to meet customer needs while aligning with company offerings.


**Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • College or University graduate in Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, account management, medical representative, or pharmacy sales.

Skills

  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to customer responses.
