Job Description

Act as a liaison between guests and partners to resolve low-complexity issues via inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and messaging on topics such as travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes.

Immediately update serious or inconsistent cases.

Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.

Proactively update knowledge related to customer service.
Requirements
-
High school graduate or equivalent (related majors are an advantage).
-
Fluency in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) – 100% English working environment.

At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
Income

Total Salary:
11,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND/month

Base Salary:
8,000,000 VND/month

Meal Allowance:
500,000 VND/month

Night Shift Allowance:
30% of base salary

Voice Allowance:
1,000,000 VND/month (if handling inbound calls)

Monthly KPI Incentive:
900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month (based on performance)

100% salary during 2-month probation period

Work Schedule

5 working days/week (any 2 days off).

Rotating shifts 24/7
(arranged by team leader, up to 3 months of night shifts):

Day shifts:
7:00 – 16:00; 9:00 – 18:00; 12:00 – 21:00; 13:00 – 22:00

Night shifts:
19:00 – 4:00; 20:00 – 5:00; 21:00 – 6:00; 22:00 – 7:00
