Scope of Work:

Handle customerinquiries and resolveissues efficiently and professionally.

Deliver accurate information and high-quality servicein line withcompany policies.

Collaborate with internalteams to ensure smooth communication and process improvement.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow escalationprocedures when needed
Requirements:

Native speaker of Hindi or Indonesian. Good command of English (for training & internal communication).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer serviceexperience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to relocate to Vietnam.
Income:

Base Salary:
16.000.000 vnd/month.

Meal allowance:
500.000 vnd/month.

Monthly KPI Incentive:
Up to 1.200.000 vnd/month

in 2-month probation time.

Work Schedule:

5 days/week (any 2 days off). Shift:
Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
