Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to join our team at our office in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms. This role is focused on generating leads, writing strong proposals, communicating with clients, and helping the company secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other freelance platforms.
• Write customized, professional, and persuasive proposals.
• Communicate with potential clients professionally and confidently.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful projects.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly bidding and sales targets.
• Keep records of proposals, responses, and client communication.

Requirements

• Prior experience in business development, online bidding, or freelance platform sales.
• Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer.com, and proposal writing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
• Must be comfortable working night shift timings.
• Must be able to work from office in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT services, software development, web development, digital marketing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.
• Ability to research markets and identify potential clients.
• Experience in closing international clients will be a plus.
