About the Role:

The Sales Representative in Corpus Christi plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business services by actively engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

This Position is an upfront commission plus reoccurring commissions position

Upfront Commission Details:

First 6 Months: 8% commission on sales.
Month 7 Onward: Upgrade to 10% upfront commission based on performance (minimum of $1600 on recurring accounts per month).
Month 12: Eligible for annual bonuses contingent upon achieving a minimum of 2 recurring accounts per month.

Recurring Income:
After the second month from a closed recurring account, you will receive a 6% recurring commission on each sale before tax.


This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. The representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the Corpus Christi area and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services. Success in this role directly impacts revenue generation and market presence, making it essential to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. The role demands a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the business services industry to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the Corpus Christi area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using advanced CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of the local Corpus Christi business landscape and key industries.
  • Additional training in sales techniques or customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Corpus Christi market through B2B door to door, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor service offerings that meet client requirements effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, update customer information in the CRM system, and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Meet minimal quota of $1300 reoccurring per month in Sales.
  • Follow up with clients to check on needs, up sales or service quality.
