Requirements:

  • Smart, confident, and well-presentable personality
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., website development, social media marketing, SEO, branding, etc.)
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Influencer mindset — able to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or digital agency roles is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through online platforms, calls, and social media
  • Present and pitch the agency’s services to potential clients remotely
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable digital solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Compensation:

  • Commission-based role only — attractive percentage on each closed deal
