Sales Representative – Digital Marketing (Commission-Based)

We’re hiring a Sales Representative in San Antonio, TX to help local businesses grow with our digital marketing services. This is a commission-based role with no cap on earnings, perfect for someone confident in building relationships and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with small business owners in person, by phone, and online
• Present our digital marketing services (web design, SEO, branding)
• Submit leads, follow up, and close projects
• Represent our agency in the San Antonio market
• Use your network, BNI connections, and social media to generate leads

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to business owners
• Self-motivated and reliable — able to work independently
• Familiar with the San Antonio small business community
• Comfortable prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
