Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the market through various channels, including social media, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Present and showcase our company's services and products to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Understand client needs and preferences that align with their requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed project quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, adhering to company pricing and terms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's brand and services.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the interior design, contracting, or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with interior design concepts and construction processes is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the area.
