Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven female Sales Representative (mandatory) with her own visa and car. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for business development and client relationship management, with the ability to bring in new projects and expand our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and luxury construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote our services in interior fit-out, furniture, and villa construction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and networking.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (mandatory).
• Must hold own valid visa and have own car.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in construction, interiors, or luxury sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in dealing with high-profile clients.
