Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
To promote, demonstrate, and sell fitness and wellness equipment and solutions to clients across the UAE market, ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with gyms, fitness centers, health clubs, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to present products, solutions, and promotional offers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned territory.
- Understand client requirements and provide technical and commercial proposals accordingly.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams for timely product delivery and installation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, leads, and deals.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and new technologies in the fitness industry.
- Participate in exhibitions, demonstrations, and marketing activities as required.
Job Specification (JS)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Sports Science, Business, or related field (preferred: Biomedical Engineering).
Experience:
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the fitness or wellness industry within the UAE.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good technical understanding of fitness and wellness equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Other Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and client base in the fitness sector.
