Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising (Merchandising Standards & Planograms):
- Ensure all outlets are merchandised according to company standards.
- Implement and maintain planograms for product placement and visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Key Account Handling:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate shelf space, promotional activities, and visibility agreements.
- Ensure timely execution of trade marketing initiatives at key accounts.
- Promoters Training & Development:
- Train and guide in-store promoters on product knowledge, selling techniques, and merchandising standards.
- Monitor promoter performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Sales & Distribution:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expand product availability across assigned territory.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain effective coverage of the market.
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather competitor information (pricing, promotions, merchandising).
- Provide feedback to the Sales Manager for strategy adjustments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
- Strong understanding of merchandising and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate promoters.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
