Sales Representative (Food Industry)

We are looking for a “Food Industry Sales Representative” for our client operating in the “Yeast and Biotech” industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of sales experience in Turkish market, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong knowledge of local food regulations, market trends, and distribution channels in Turkey
• Fluent in English (business-level)
• Ability to travel within Turkey as needed

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Turkish food market, targeting manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking with industry stakeholders
• Manage existing client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and upsell products to maximize revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and resolve client issue
• Prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and provide insights for business
