Sales Representative for Self Adhesive Labels

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the self-adhesive label. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a deep understanding of the label or packaging sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored label solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in self-adhesive labels or related packaging products
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Self Adhesive Labels Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Sales Representative: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic & English (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
