Sales Representative for USA Truck Dispatch

We are looking for a confident Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on onboarding U.S.-based truck drivers for our dispatching services. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting our dispatch service clearly and persuasively, addressing questions or concerns, and successfully enrolling drivers into our program. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work night shifts to align with the U.S. time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact truck drivers using provided leads to generate interest in our dispatch services.
- Deliver confident and compelling presentations of our dispatch offerings to potential clients.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally to facilitate successful sales conversions.
- Onboard new drivers and manage their smooth transition into the dispatch team.
- Keep detailed records of all leads, communications, and follow-up activities to ensure effective pipeline management.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential for this role.
- Availability to work night shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM is required.
- Freshers with excellent communication abilities are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience of at least six months in truck dispatch is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure to reward performance.

- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range between Rs40,000 and Rs80,000.
