Job Title: Sales Representative – Freelance Platforms (Upwork & Freelancer.com)

Company: Agilifytech LLC

(US-based IT company specializing in AI/ML, Web & Mobile App Development, Custom Software, and UI/UX Design)

Reports To: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Objective:

To assist the BDM and Upwork Expert in generating leads and securing IT projects through

Upwork and Freelancer.com by managing bids, proposals, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.com. Prepare and customize proposals as per client requirements.

· Maintain daily records of bids, responses, and conversions.

· Follow up with prospects and hand over qualified leads to the BDM or Upwork Expert. Coordinate with internal teams to confirm project scope before proposal submission.

Requirements:

· 1+ year experience on Upwork or Freelancer.com.

· Strong written English and understanding of software development terms. Consistent, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

· Familiar with Slack, Trello, and Google Sheets.

Performance Metrics:

· Weekly number of bids placed. Response and conversion rates.

· Lead quality and communication accuracy.

Compensation:

· Fixed salary plus performance-based incentive.

· Growth track: potential promotion to Junior BDM after consistent results.

Note:

Initially focused on assisting BDM with Freelancer.com and supporting the Upwork Expert as profile activity scales.
