Sales Representative – Freight Forwarding | Dubai

Zoom Shipping LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in f reight forwarding and logistics to join our team in Dubai .

We are a dynamic freight forwarding company offering comprehensive logistics solutions across sea, air, and land.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Maintain and follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate internally with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and services.
• Understand freight forwarding processes across sea, air, and land logistics, including pricing, documentation, and Incoterms.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (mandatory).
• Previous experience in operations within a freight forwarding company is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
