Sales Cubicle is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential and understand their needs.

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reporting.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies

Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Format into sections and lists to improve readability

Avoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and age

Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
