Job Title: Showroom Sales Representative – Furniture & Joinery

Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to support sales of joinery, furniture, and interior décor products. The ideal candidate will have experience in showroom or retail sales and be confident in assisting customers, presenting products, understanding requirements, and converting inquiries into sales.

This role requires someone who is well-organized, presentable, and able to deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining strong product knowledge and showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and provide professional product guidance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture, joinery, or interior décor solutions
• Present product features, finishes, materials, and design options clearly and confidently
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales process through closing
• Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, repeat clients, and referrals
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed properly
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activity
• Support achievement of monthly sales targets and showroom performance goals
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive buying experience
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new collections, and market trends

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in joinery, furniture, or interior décor products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Well-organized and customer-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills
• Ability to understand customer preferences and provide suitable product recommendations
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a showroom or retail sales environment
• Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and interior décor products
• Experience preparing quotations and handling customer inquiries
• GCC showroom sales experience is an advantage, if relevant to your market

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per hour
