We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Pharma Division to cover Dubai and Northern Emirates especially for Key customers like Aster and LIFE group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential sales opportunities.
Provide detailed and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
Participate in product launches, marketing campaigns, and attend medical conferences or workshops as needed.
Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels at client locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with Key customers like Aster and LIFE group.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license with own car.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE.
