We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Self Closer Sales Representative to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential clients, pitching products/services effectively, and closing sales independently without needing a separate closer.

This position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to convert leads into customers through confidence, persuasion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Close sales independently — no handover to a senior closer required.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships for repeat business.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer information in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales process.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, call center sales, or a similar self-closing sales role.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (Urdu proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and closing techniques.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
  • Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
