Sales Representative – Telecommunications

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our telecom products and services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This is a field and office-based role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new customers through Leads, phone calls, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell mobile, internet, and telecom packages.
  • Provide customers with accurate product information and recommendations.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Record and update customer data in CRM or company database.
  • Follow up with leads and provide after-sales support.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license (if fieldwork required).
