Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service: Engage with clients via phone, chat, and email to provide personalized travel recommendations and close sales.
- Umrah Packages: Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa processes, and travel guidelines.
- Booking Management: Use Amadeus to manage flights, issue tickets, and handle modifications and cancellations, and hotel management.
- Customer Support: Provide post-booking support and resolve any travel-related issues.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products, including new destinations, special deals, and travel restrictions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Amadeus Knowledge: Proficiency in using Amadeus for booking and managing reservations is essential.
- Travel Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the travel and tourism sector, including destinations, booking processes, and industry trends.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting sales targets and excellent negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service.
- CRM : Willingness and ability to quickly learn and use CRM systems and other sales tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or travel consulting, preferably within an online travel agency.
Competencies
- Fluent in Arabic
- Excellent written and spoken in English
- Good Presentation skills
- Team Player
- Strong communication and documentation skills
