Female Promoter for Luxury Real Estate Agency

Seeking fluent English/Arabic speakers to represent a luxury real estate agency by promoting the agency and its services alongside properties within its portfolio.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Engage with potential clients by explaining any given property’s unique selling points.

⁠ ⁠⁠Attend industry events, expos, and relevant locations alongside the sales team to network with potential clients and relevant persons.

⁠ ⁠⁠Conduct property demonstrations to showcase its quality and sales/investment potential.

⁠ ⁠⁠Gather client feedback to identify preferences—specifically client budgets and area preferences within Abu Dhabi.

⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate with sales and marketing to align promotional activities with business objectives.

⁠ ⁠⁠Monitor and evaluate promotional effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.

⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay informed and adapt accordingly.

⁠ ⁠⁠Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and property developers.

Required skills:

⁠ ⁠Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with the agency’s target audience.

⁠ ⁠⁠Strong presentation skills, representing the agency in a manner befitting the highest standards by dressing in a chic and formal fashion.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
