Sales Representative – Truck Dispatch Campaign (On-Site)

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative – Truck Dispatch Campaign to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business by reaching out to owner-operators and trucking companies across the USA and onboarding them to our dispatch services. It is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are confident in sales and performance-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold calling owner-operators and trucking companies in the USA
  • Presenting and selling truck dispatch services
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Negotiating service agreements and closing deals
  • Maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinating with dispatch team after successful onboarding

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 PKR per month
  • Commission: (Upto 15K each active sale)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, call center, or truck dispatch (preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (Required)
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of USA trucking industry is a plus
  • Willingness to work onsite
