Position Summary
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new clients, owner-operators and small to mid-sized fleets, who need professional dispatch services. You will play a key part in our company’s growth by building strong relationships and ensuring our clients understand the value we bring to their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage with owner-operators and fleet owners through cold calls, emails, social media, and industry networking
• Clearly explain our dispatching services, benefits, and unique value proposition
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, calls, and closed deals using our CRM system

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (logistics/trucking industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the U.S. trucking market is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
