Sales Representative - Truck Dispatchers

Job Title: Experienced Truck Dispatcher (Onsite – Model Town, Lahore)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Truck Dispatchers to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. trucking dispatch operations and be confident in managing loads through DAT and other freight platforms.

This role is performance-driven, offering excellent earning potential and growth opportunities for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and dispatch loads across the U.S.
• Confidently use DAT Load Board and other freight tools for load booking.
• Maintain strong communication with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate freight rates and build relationships with brokers and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Monitor ongoing shipments, handle issues proactively, and provide real-time updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher (U.S. market preferred).
• Strong command of English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to consistently generate a minimum gross of $2,000/month.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident with DAT Load Board and other dispatching tools.

Compensation

We offer flexible and rewarding packages based on performance:

• Commission-based roles
• Salary + Commission roles (Basic salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 + high commissions)
