Job Description:
Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure a coordinated sales approach.
Identify and qualify potential clients within the UK and US markets through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
Research and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively position Emerald Telecom's software solutions.
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,) to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
