Sales Representative/Telemarketer

Previous sales experience is required, 2 Years min.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, including processing orders, updating information, and addressing billing inquiries
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and secure contracts with clients
- Assist with technical sales inquiries, providing product information and troubleshooting assistance
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of products and services

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify sales opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
