Sales Representative/Telesales

Job Overview:
DNC Consultancy is seeking a motivated and professional Telephone Interviewer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact applicants who have applied through our platform and conduct structured interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for available opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact applicants via phone in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct structured interviews based on company guidelines
• Ask relevant questions to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and expectations
• Accurately record candidate responses and maintain detailed notes
• Provide clear information about job roles and next steps in the hiring process
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Follow up with candidates when required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening and questioning abilities
• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
