Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling a range of IT hardware and software solutions to both business clients and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate and retail customers
  • Present and promote company products and services effectively
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Provide clear product information, pricing, and tailored solutions
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience in the UAE (IT industry preferred)
  • Proven ability in both B2B and B2C sales
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and software is a plus
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000 + attractive commission structure
  • Visa requirement: Own visa preferred initially
  • Company visa and full benefits as per UAE Labor Law will be provided after successful probation
