Job Duties

Providing support as needed to the sales department, office staff, and Branch Manager, including special projects
Preparing confidential documents for the Branch Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager
Updating user lists for sales and service department
Approving and coding vendor invoices for payment
Processing Sales Tax credits and re-invoicing of equipment when necessary
Tracking warranty registration and completing warranty installation
Maintaining information for service equipment and inventory
Assisting with answering and directing incoming calls
Managing Ship In process

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Less than 2 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Secretarial or computer coursework preferred
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent phone skills
Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
