Hospital Supply Corporation is looking for a “Sales & Service Coordinator” for its Electro medical products to provide coordination and support to the Sales & Service Departments nationwide based at Karachi Head Office.

Job Description:

  • Prepare Sales & Stock Reports for Management review.
  • Update inventory on regular basis and monitor the movement of stocks in all regions.
  • Regular follow-up of outstanding payments and preparing quotations.
  • Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices and process stock transfer orders, maintenance & service bills.
  • Attend the customer queries and maintain the complete log of customer complaints and coordination with the Service Team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A degree in Biomedical/Pharmacy will be a plus.
  • Good communications skills with proficiency in English language is must.
  • Expertise in using MS-Office is mandatory with experience of using ERP and Project management software will be a plus
