Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection & Certification (Pvt.) Ltd in Karachi. The Sales Coordinator will handle sales coordination, customer service, internal communication, and sales operations on a daily basis, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal departments.

Sales Coordination and Management

· Coordinate and manage sales activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

· Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Support to Country Sales Manager (CSM)

· Assist the Country Sales Manager (CSM) in preparing contracts, proposals, and presentations.

· Handle follow-ups on proposals prepared by the CSM and coordinate with clients accordingly.

· Support the CSM in bidding processes and complete all tasks assigned by them.

Record Maintenance and Reporting

· Maintain records of sales transactions, customer inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

· Prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals as required.

· Monitor sales performance metrics and generate weekly and monthly reports for the management.

Client Queries and Communication

· Handle queries from clients regarding certification services and processes.

· Ensure timely communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

Administrative and Documentation Support

· Support the sales team by managing schedules, meetings, and documentation.

· Maintain proper documentation of contracts, bids, and presentations to ensure seamless access.

Qualifications

· Proven skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

· Strong presentation skills for preparing and delivering impactful sales materials.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience in the certification or inspection industry is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
