Sales Engineer – After Sales Services

Job Objective:

To provide after-sales support and sales coordination for generator-related products and services, including spare parts, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and turnkey projects. The role is ideal for candidates with a background in electrical/electronics engineering and relevant experience in generator systems who are passionate about customer relationship management, technical sales, and project coordination.

Position: Sales Engineer – After Sales Services

Education: B. Tech / B.E / B.S. in Electronics / Electrical

Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in after-sales or technical sales for generators (spares, maintenance, or projects)

Budget: 100K-170K (Benefits Excluded)

Location: Korangi, Karachi

Responsbilities:

· Manage after-sales inquiries related to generator spare parts, AMC contracts, and turnkey project solutions

· Act as a liaison between the customer and service/technical teams for maintenance and technical support

· Generate and convert sales leads into active customer engagements

· Prepare proposals and cost estimates for AMC and spare parts

· Maintain customer accounts, including site visits, order follow-ups, and payment coordination

· Coordinate delivery, installation, and post-installation support for new generator sales

· Maintain knowledge of ATS panels, DB structures, and control systems for better solution alignment

· Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities

· Collaborate with the service and parts team for scheduling and availability updates

· Keep records of service history, generator specifications, and client interactions using CRM tools

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
