Sales & Service Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sales, installation, service, and technical support of CNC Plasma & Gas Cutting Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries and provide technical consultation to customers.
• Conduct machine installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC cutting machines.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term business growth.
• Maintain spare parts stock coordination and ensure timely service support.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to sales and service activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CNC / Industrial Machines (preferred, freshers may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of plasma, gas cutting, or CNC automation is an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for service support.

Pay: ₹9,556.26 - ₹39,847.86 per month
