Sales & Service Engineer / Senior Sales & Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities are to:

· Promote and sell ophthalmic equipment to eye specialists and hospitals.

· Install and commission ophthalmic medical devices.

· Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

· Conduct product demonstrations for doctors and clinical staff.

· Build strong relationships with ophthalmologists and clinic management.

· Prepare service reports and maintain customer records.

· Support after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

. Identify new business opportunities and support sales targets.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering / Electronics / Electrical Engineering

· 02-03 years’ experience in sales or service of medical equipment (ophthalmic preferred) for Sales and Service engineer and

· 08-10 years’ experience in sales or service of medical equipment (ophthalmic preferred) for Sr. Sales and Service engineer

· Strong communication and technical skills

· Ability to travel for installations and service visits

· Valid driving license preferred
