Position Overview
We are looking for
experienced IT service sales professionals
with a
strong customer network in Kuwait
to generate and close new business for IT services. This role is focused on
service-based selling
, not product sales.
Key Responsibility:

Develop new business opportunities for IT services within Kuwait.

Actively leverage your
existing network of customers and decision-makers.

Sell managed services, outsourcing, NOC, SOC, and support contracts.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure.

Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT managers, heads of infrastructure, and security teams.

Work closely with presales and service delivery teams to propose winning solutions.

Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
-
Proven experience selling IT services in the Kuwait market.

Existing and active customer network in Kuwait
(government, oil & gas, banks, telecom, or large private sector).

Demonstrated success in closing
service contracts and recurring revenue deals.

Strong understanding of SLAs, support contracts, and outsourcing models.

Ability to navigate local procurement processes and tenders.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
-
5+ years of experience in IT service sales experience in Kuwait.

Experience dealing with government entities, oil & gas, or enterprise accounts.

Strong command of
English
