Sales & Service Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and explaining vehicle features.
• Participate in test drives and product demonstrations.
• Support the service team in basic vehicle inspection, servicing, and maintenance.
• Coordinate customer appointments for sales and service.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Graduate in any stream.
• Passionate about electric vehicles and customer service.
• Willing to learn sales and service operations.
• Basic computer skills and communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Fresher or 0–1 year of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
