Role Purpose
As a Road Sales Specialist at TruKKer, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and increasing business volume in Turkey by driving sales in the road cargo segment. You will actively identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients while ensuring the highest level of service to our existing customers. This role demands a results-driven, self-motivated professional with a passion for logistics and a strong understanding of the Turkish market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, research, and target potential customers in line with TruKKer’s growth strategy.

Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
-
Generate qualified leads, ensure timely follow-up, and log all activities in the CRM system on the same day.

Convert leads into opportunities by collaborating with the Field Sales Team.
Account Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
-
Monitor business volumes and ensure customer satisfaction for long-term retention.
-
Achieve agreed turnover, profit, and collection targets.
Collaboration & Coordination
-
Work closely with Road Cargo, Air Cargo, and Sea Cargo sales teams to cross-sell services.

Coordinate with the Field Sales Team to maximize coverage and conversion.

Represent TruKKer professionally in all customer meetings and events.
Reporting & Compliance
-
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to the Sales Manager within set deadlines.

Ensure all sales activities comply with TruKKer’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and HR policies.

Uphold business ethics and confidentiality standards in all dealings.
Additional Responsibilities

Key Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation, preferably in road cargo.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
