Responsible for product sales operations, providing pre-sales customer support, delivering post-sales services, and offering detailed product information to ensure it meets customer needs. Also highlighting the company’s advantages to attract the largest possible customer base.


• Building positive relationships through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products.

• Receiving customer complaints, handling them positively, attempting to resolve all issues, and escalating to the direct manager if resolution is not possible.

• Explaining product details to clients before signing, ensuring the requested service is available, collecting all required documents and data, and confirming payment completion.

• Verifying and matching all data for accuracy and following required procedures during contract signing.

• Preparing receipt vouchers and daily reconciliation to close branch sales and submitting them to the branch supervisor.

• Submitting daily sales reports to the branch supervisor.

• Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve client issues and ensure labor handover.

• Submitting daily reports on client visits to the branch.

• Following up on requests submitted by the call center and reporting on them.

• Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the full official uniform.

• Complying with procedures as outlined in the department’s procedural manual.
