Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with strong expertise in road safety and steel manufacturing products. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, contracting experience, and a proven track record in securing product approvals and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities



  • Register and secure approvals for products with municipalities and government entities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for contractors and infrastructure projects
  • Prepare accurate quotations and oversee installation/application scope
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to finalize pricing and commercial terms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the Saudi market


Qualifications



  • 10+ years of experience in steel, road safety, signage, or infrastructure product sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field


Required Skills



  • Solid understanding of contracting, application, and installation processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Existing network with municipalities and contractors is highly preferred

  • Deep market knowledge
  • Proven track record in securing product approvals and driving sales growth
