Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products

Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales opportunities

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

In-depth product knowledge and ability to explain complex features to customers

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
