Sales Specialist

· Identify and target potential clients in need of HRMS solutions.

· Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

· Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

· Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve sales targets.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

· Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

· Experience in B2B sales, specifically in HRMS, payroll software, or other related software solutions.

· Proven experience in SaaS or cloud-based software sales.

· Strong understanding of HRMS/Payroll processes and how software solutions address business needs in these areas.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence.

· Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and sales pipeline management.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in HRMS, software, or technology solutions.

· Strong understanding of HR processes and the benefits of HRMS.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
