We’re looking for Debt Settlement Sales Agents to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll connect with individuals seeking financial relief, guide them through customized debt settlement solutions, and close deals that truly make a difference. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your performance directly impacts your success and income.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
• Handle inbound leads from people already interested in financial solutions — and turn them into satisfied clients.
• Build trust and rapport quickly while understanding each customer’s financial situation.
• Present debt settlement and consolidation options, negotiating favorable terms.
• Overcome objections and close deals confidently over the phone.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience track record in closing deals, lead management, or customer acquisition.
• Experience in debt consolidation or settlement sales is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English (near-native level, no accent).
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
• Tech setup required: Reliable PC, wired internet (LAN), and headset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
