We are looking for Sales Specialist for our client in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target new HORECA clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries).
- Promote company products (coffee beans, syrups, sauces, frappé mixes, etc.) with confidence and product knowledge.
- Conduct product demos, tastings, and training sessions for baristas or purchasing managers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries professionally.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable product solutions or seasonal promotions.
3. Market Awareness
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends in the café and restaurant sector.
- Share market feedback with management to support marketing and product decisions.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain a client database and sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for order processing, dispatches, and collections.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration ability.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of café and restaurant operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing, barista basics, or beverage trends is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably HORECA, FMCG, or beverage industry).
- Own transport.
