Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants, cafés, and food suppliers to the YAY Food platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the food and delivery sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Negotiate agreements, terms, and pricing with potential partners to ensure mutual profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, promotions, and service execution.
- Attend events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the YAY Food brand.
- Prepare reports and updates on business performance, pipeline status, and sales progress.
- Ensure partner compliance with YAY Food’s quality and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales or business development, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
