Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in the Lahore District. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing the sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to exceed revenue targets. The role requires a strategic mindset to manage accounts effectively while delivering tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage proactively with clients and establish trust-based relationships.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including experience with meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members to improve performance and develop sales capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in the energy or industrial commodities sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
