Sales Specialist

About the Job:

WeCopy Fintech, the ecosystem behind WeCopyTrade (copy trading platform), WeMasterTrade (prop trading firm), and WeGolden (brokerage), is expanding its presence across the MENA region.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth for our fintech products across Egypt and the wider Arabic-speaking markets.

Location: Zahraa Al Maadi, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development for WeCopy Fintech products, including WeMasterTrade, WeCopyTrade, and WeGolden FX broker.
• Build relationships and close deals in finance and crypto markets.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product guidance.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Create and manage social media content – short videos, memes, and trending formats – to attract clients.
• Be confident on camera and support social campaigns that promote business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement modern, digital-first strategies.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of finance, trading, or crypto markets.
• Proven sales experience and strong negotiation skills.
• Comfortable creating digital content and engaging online communities.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Experience in Egypt and Arabic-speaking markets is preferred.
