Sales Specialist

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be the face of Al Qathmi, responsible for engaging customers, providing expert product advice, and achieving sales targets through exceptional service and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and assist customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our collections to provide professional recommendations.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Showroom Excellence: Ensure the sales floor is organized and products are displayed according to brand standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (Luxury retail or furniture/textiles is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
